1. Preliminary

A preliminary conference will discover the rationale for a web site, its direction and its relationship with other promotional media and marketing strategies.

The discussion can explore the course of practical maintenance after design, hosting, sourcing of third party specialist media & services, e-commerce, database, and the Internet in general.

2. Consultation

  1. Structural examination of proposed web site to finalise the hierarchical logic of nested links and topics.

  2. Aesthetic review of existing hard copy publications and corporate identity to determine correct positioning of with overall image - internal and external.

  3. Devise a schedule of all images to be sourced and identify possible third party specialist media input, if desired, where there is no current professional relationship.

  4. Discuss practical management of input data and media.

3. Design

  1. Gather existing or develop all corporate graphic material to create the overall character of the web site.

  2. Production of draft web pages illustrating the navigational elements and 'look and feel' of the site for discussion and approval.

4. Construction

  1. Gather all contents summarised in the 'Index' web page.

    1. Photographs for digital conversion

5. Support - Maintenance & Development

  2. Formulate programme of upgrades to meet future development needs.
