Apsara specializes in northern Indian cuisine, and the menu offers a wide selection of well-known sub continental favourites including tandoori dishes, spicy curries, biryanis, seafood, meat and vegetable dishes, together with Indian breads like stuffed paratha, nan and roti. Please leave room for dessert - Kulfi, Gulab Jamon or Rasmalai are a must - and try the masala tea, flavoured with clove, cardamom and cinnamon, at the end of your meal. Meals can be ordered from the a la carte menu or from the special buffet-style menu at a fixed price. This, and the great variety of dishes available, allows for much flexibility in the choice of meals (vegetarians, for example, have no shortage of dishes to choose from), as well as in price. |
